Furnace rebate
- $325 for each 96.0%-96.9% AFUE natural gas furnace (replacement).
- $650 for each 97.0%+ AFUE natural gas furnace (replacement).
Boiler rebate
- $10 per MBH (1000 BTU/hr) for the first 600 MBH of total boiler plant input, and $3 per MBH thereafter, up to a maximum of 700 MBH of total boiler plant input, with 90%+ AFUE/Thermal Efficiency (replacement).
- $10 per MBH (1000 BTU/hr) for the first 600 MBH of total boiler plant input, and $3 per MBH thereafter, up to a maximum of 700 MBH of total boiler plant input, with 95%+ AFUE/Thermal Efficiency (replacement or new construction).

HRV rebate
- $0.75 per CFM for each eligible HRV up to $5,000 per building or property (replacement or new construction).
Tankless water heater rebate
- $1,000 for each eligible minimum 0.87 UEF tankless water heater (replacement and new construction).
Tank water heater rebate
- $250 for each eligible 0.64 - 0.79 UEF tank water heater (replacement).
Condensing water heater rebate
- $5 per MBH (1000 BTU/hr) for each eligible minimum 0.80 UEF condensing water heater to a maximum of $10,000 per building (replacement).
Infrared tube heater rebate
- $600 per eligible Unit for Units with single stage heat (replacement or new construction);
- $1,000 per eligible Unit for Units with dual stage / modulating heat (replacement or new construction);
- $1,200 per eligible Unit for Units with condensing heat (replacement or new construction).
Variable speed ECM pump rebate
- $30 for each Unit <100 watts (replacement);
- $0.40 per watt 100 watt - <1500 watts (replacement).
